Where ya been? Birthday greetings too....

Who me? yeah, where have I been?!? Sorry guys, been snowed under at the wonder that is Dundee College. My hours have more than tripled and I'm spending almost every waking moment writing lectures or in 3DS Max. (oh Maya, how I miss you!)

Notable events, Went to the Projector Animation festival in October, here in sunny Dundee. It was fantastic. Great films, excellent workshops and a good ol' Shin-dig. Have a look at the site for more info: HERE!


It was my mum's birthday last Wednesday, Happy Birthday Mum! Hope you had an excellent day!

Here's her card that I made. I've been looking at a lot of fifties animations lately (thanks to Amid Amidi's book Cartoon Modern) So that's where this style sort of sprung from. Hope you like it!



What else has been happening? I did a lot of stuff on the Bakery in the holiday, I have a post half written so watch out for that as soon as I can stand still. Other than that, Dino lives with us now, which rocks! Although, I have become one of these people who talks about their pet ALL THE TIME! Its disgusting, I changed overnight, its really bad. (Dino is my dog BTW.) We went to see James Brown at the Carling Academy in Glasgow, that was amazing! Unfortunately I forgot my camera, but check my FlickR account for Halloween pics. Anyway, We're off to Bradford Animation Festival on Thursday, really excited about that! Get to see my buddy Fraser McLean too so that is gonna rock!
